To help us troubleshoot as quickly and effectively as possible, please include the following information in your email:
- A brief description of the issue – What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?
- Steps to reproduce the issue – Can you list what you clicked or did before the issue happened?
- What you expected to happen – And what actually happened instead?
- Screenshot or screen recording (if possible) – This really helps us understand what you’re seeing.
- Date and time when the issue occurred.
- Your browser and device info – (e.g., Chrome on Windows 11, Edge on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone, etc.)
- Any error messages you saw – Screenshots or copied text are both helpful.
