Having an issue? We’re here to help.

To help us troubleshoot as quickly and effectively as possible, please include the following information in your email:

  1. A brief description of the issue – What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue – Can you list what you clicked or did before the issue happened?
  3. What you expected to happen – And what actually happened instead?
  4. Screenshot or screen recording (if possible) – This really helps us understand what you’re seeing.
  5. Date and time when the issue occurred.
  6. Your browser and device info – (e.g., Chrome on Windows 11, Edge on Windows 11, Safari on iPhone, etc.)
  7. Any error messages you saw – Screenshots or copied text are both helpful.
