The Test Resource Management (TRM) team was created to enable Honeywell Aerospace to ensure we are using our resources as effectively and productively as possible.

You have been directed to this page because a hardware purchase event has been initiated as part of the Capital Request process. The TRM team will review all hardware requests to determine if like or suitable resources exist somewhere else in the company that could be used to full fill your need. When appropriate, we will contact you discuss possible alternatives to ensure that your need can be fulfilled as efficiently at as low cost as possible.

After reviewing the request with you the TRM team member will reserve the agreed upon re-deployable items in the TRM system update the CPS system to show that the TRM review requirement has been fulfilled for this purchase request.

Step 1: Click the Login link above and log in using your LDAP user Id and password. New users will be asked to provide some additional identifying information the first time they log in.

Step 2:

Option 1: Enter On-line (Preferred)

  1. Select Create Equipment Planning Item under Requests & Fulfillment.
  2. Complete the online form and submit.

Option 2: Download Template and Upload or Email

  1. Right click the link below and save this document somewhere you will remember:TRM Hardware Request Template (https://honeywell.sentebase.com/PlanTRM/PlanTRMLineItems.xls)
  2. Open the template in MS Excel and complete the requested information
  3. Either
    • Log in to TRM and upload the template to the request form and submit on-line
      TRM Hardware Request Form 
      • OR
    • Forward the completed template as an attachment to the email address(es) listed here:

Option 3: Forward your BOM to TRM

Forward your existing BOM with applicable backup documentation for hardware purchases to DLTRMCapitalReview@Honeywell.com (Note: This option may result in a longer response time)


Step 3:  A TRM team member will contact you within 1 business day to acknowledge receipt, discuss any questions they have and let you know how quickly they can complete the review.
